Our mission is twofold: to optimise the quality of practitioner-patient interactions within limited consultation times, and to alleviate the administrative burden on practices through innovative form automation processes.

**Job description**:
As a Content Configurator for intelligent forms, you'll play a crucial role in creating and maintaining high-quality electronic forms for our Point-of-Care system. Your primary focus will be enhancing our SMART referral forms with advanced features and sophisticated functionality. You'll collaborate closely with our Content Managers, Leads, and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient content configuration process.

**Your Key Tasks**
- Format and test complex forms and content like a pro
- Come up with creative solutions for unique client requests
- Spot potential risks and find smart workarounds
- Keep an eye on the Formatting and Peer Review workflows
- Test drive new features and troubleshoot any hiccups
- On occasion take the lead on client content projects and stick to the specs
- Give expert advice on features and functions to junior content team members
- Document everything - processes, troubleshooting, solutions, teamwork
- Make sure we follow all the rules - DXS, client, and regulatory
- Join forces with QA to test, track and squash bugs

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Track record of working on projects and collaborating with other team members
- Proactive, thorough and able to hit deadlines without breaking a sweat
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing content needs and priorities
