**The Role**:
As the Director of Marketing, you'll be responsible for building iX's brand globally and positioning us as a thought leader in experiential and lifelong learning. You'll also be responsible for executing specific marketing strategies across our high school and university divisions.

Your OKRs would include:

- Achieving marketing qualified lead (MQL) targets through acquisition strategies
- Managing and optimizing our cost of acquisition
- Managing internationally-based on-campus business developers
- Working with external agencies to implement digital ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Creating and implementing new marketing strategies
- 5+ years executing marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with digital, referral, and content marketing execution
- The ability to write compelling and effective copy for a variety of purposes
- Fluency with tech tools (examples include implementing HubSpot workflows, building budgets on Google Sheets, analyzing websites with Google Analytics or Hotjar)

- Experience marketing to our target market: US-based university students or internationally-based high school students.
