Key outputs
- . Liaison between Sales Representative and Client to ensure administrative functions are executed, including creating and managing the invoicing process
- Respond to all customer “on hire” and “off hire” enquiries
- Capture the customer contract, delivery and return docs on SAP
- Quoting, invoicing and general office administration
- Ensure all monthly billing is captured along with all relevant recoveries and excess hours
- Proactively manage machine performance by monitoring the EMMS System
- Capture invoices on service entry systems for payment on Key accounts
- Manage and facilitate the process around the signed agreement from the customer
- Cash Account Management
- Ensure all queries are attended to and resolved
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times

Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Matric ,Minimum three years' relative industry administration
- Good working knowledge of all products
- Sales and Customer Services experience is essential along with good people skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills and attention to detail
- Business communication skills and ability to network
- Must be able to plan, organise and control
- Teamwork and basic business financial acumen
- Prepared to work long hours if required
- Ability to work under pressure
- Will need to be available for standby on a weekly basis
- Numerical reasoning
- Computer literate (MS Office)
