IT Support

This position is based in a factory in Clairwood, the following are required or should have knowledge of:
1. **Technical Proficiency**: Knowledge of operating systems, hardware components, and basic networking concepts.

2. **Troubleshooting Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

3. **Problem-Solving**: Capacity to analyze problems, assess possible solutions, and implement effective resolutions.

5. **Security Awareness**: Knowledge of basic cybersecurity principles and best practices to ensure a secure IT environment.

6. **Documentation Skills**: Ability to create and maintain documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and configurations.

7. **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with evolving technologies and industry trends.

8. **Team Collaboration**: Capability to work well in a team, as IT support often involves collaborating with other departments or IT professionals.
Applicants must have the following:

- Degree/ Diploma or some form of tertiary qualification.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the field.

Salary is dependent on experience.
