Call Center IT Technician

Salary : R8000 to R9000 depending on experience
Attendance Bonus: R500
QUARTERLY KPIs
The successful incumbent will be required to maintain, build and develop all computers on site whilst attending to staff issues.
If you are passionate about Computers, have attention for detail, can solve any computer problem or task present to you then this is the role for you.
**Requirements**:
- Installation of operating systems
- Must be able to work neat and efficiently
- Linux server based environment
- A+ and N+
- Knowledge of windows 7 and windows XP troubleshooting, hardware knowledge and diagnostics
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, be able to communicate with service providers
- Networking - crimping of cables, TCP/IP, DHCP, network configuring and troubleshooting
- Installation, checking and maintaining all computer hardware and networks
- Install, configure and manage software and their functions
- Ensure security and privacy of networks, passwords, company data and computer systems
- Responsible for the creative design and marketing of the company adverts on social media
- Install, configure and manage software and their functions
- Develop and maintain local networks
- Check airtime, data, sms bundles, water and electricity usage and provide feedback to management
- Check server, ViciDial, printer, DVR, Easi-Nas, Mercury, Easi telecoms, Fiber, PBX - Easi NAS regularly throughout the day
- 5 years I.T experience.
Work times: Monday to Friday - 08H00 to 17H00 Saturdays: 08H00 to 13H00
