- Conduct equipment failure analysis
- Ensure daily supply of materials to subordinate teams.
- Monitor equipment availability, utilization and performance.
- Maintain ventilation and pumping.
- Ensure sub
- contractor competency.
- Oversee contractors.
- Ensure legal, safety and environmental procedure compliance.
- Manage budget control and forecasting.
- Conduct risk analyses
- Maintain asset register.
- Ensure availability of drawings/ technical manuals and the interpretation thereof
- Adhere to maintenance schedules.
- Ensure environmental management is in place.
- Adhere to technical specifications and standards.
- Ensure Quality risks are identified and put in place quality plans to mitigate these risks.
- Ensure subordinates are performance managed and talent is identified and developed.

**Minimum requirements**- Grade 12
- Section 26 Recognized/Equivalent Trade Certificate relating to Electrical LV and MV field.
- Proof of formal Supervisory training in Planning, Leading, Organizing and Control
- MS Office Proficient (Word, Excel & MS Projects - ability to plan & schedule)
- Valid EB Driver’s License
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- At least 10 years practical experience in the mining industry, 5 of which appointed as a legal position
- At least 5 years' experience in a Foreman supervisory level capacity
- Experience in writing procedures from issue-based risk assessments.
- At least 3 years construction experience
