Sajeda Beauty, a dynamic and rapidly expanding halal makeup brand, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Gauteng. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and growing the Sajeda Beauty brand within the region. **Responsibilities**:

- Actively identify and engage potential clients, including beauty salons, spas, retailers, and independent beauty professionals, within the Gauteng region.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of Sajeda Beauty's halal makeup collection.
- Drive sales growth by effectively promoting and selling Sajeda Beauty products, utilizing persuasive sales techniques and strategies.
- Regularly visit client locations to assess inventory levels, provide product training, and ensure optimal product visibility and placement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Knowledge and understanding of the local beauty market in Gauteng.
- Flexibility to travel within the region and occasionally outside of Gauteng for meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.

**Salary**: R14,877.00 - R32,986.76 per month
