- Ensure that all facilities - buildings, gardens and grounds are maintained.
- Perform routine and emergency repairs when required, (Internal & External)
- Ensure that activities of contractors at the training centre are coordinated by ensuring that all contractors receive the necessary information and direction in line with the contract specifications.
- Submit accurate maintenance reports to management
- Ensure readiness of venues which is booked out for training by external clients
