**Beautiful 4* property on West Rand require the services of a Spa Manager to oversee their busy spa on-site**

Must have at least 2 years of experience managing a Spa within a 3- 4-star hotel, 4 to 5 years hotel spa experience overall

Responsibilities;
- Responsible for management of the day to day operations
- Direction and development of the Spa’s retail, treatments & service side and staff.
- The applicant must be able to develop opportunities and maintain and grow the existing client base and revenues.
- Attend management meetings and convey all relevant information throughout the Spa.
- Ensure healthy sales margins are maintained
- Stock Management
- All Spa reservations, confirmations, payments, voucher system, etc.

Required
Experience/Qualifications
- Must be a qualified Therapist with a recognised Health & Skin Diploma.
- Must have 4-5 years of experience in a formal Spa environment.
- Must have at least two years of experience at the management level
