Customer Service; Assisting customers with queries i.e refunds, STCs, vehicle returns, stock queries, pricing
Auction Confirmations; Ensuring the call centre agents meet their daily quota of calls
Web / Facebook Leads; Calling customers that have registered on the website or liked the facebook page to give them morre information about the company and complete their profile on Sales Force if they are interested in making a purchase.
SMS Short code leads; calling customers that have sent in a short code SMS to give them additional information.
Auction registrations; Assisting customers with registering for the auctions onsite and telephonically for online registrations.
FICA Documents; Uploading FICA documents
Refunds; Assisting customers with refunds and handing over to accounts department
Transport Arrangements; Assisting customers with arranging transport from and to the branches.
Invoicing; Invoicing trucks and trailers
Facebook Page; Making sure all correspondence on facebook has been actioned. uploading upcoming auction dates, auctioneers choice of the day and weekly motivations.
Private Sales; Handle private sales with customers
Live chats; participate in live chats with customers and assist them with the website.
Auction SMS's; Sending sms's to customers for auction viewing days and auction days to over R3000 customers who have previously purhased stock.
Mass Mailer; Sending a weekly mailer regarding upcoming auctions to over 9000 customers
