**Responsibilities**
- Conducting due diligence, site investigations, and feasibility studies in property development for clients
- Planning, monitoring and reporting on all budgetary aspects of town planning and property development projects.

**Qualifications**
- Baccalaureus Technologiae (BTech) or similar qualification in Town and Regional Planning
- A postgraduate qualification in Town and Regional Planning/Property Development will be an added advantage.
- Registration with the South African Council for Planners (SACPLAN)
- Proven experience in land use planning and project management
- Good analytical and interpretive skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Computer literacy in GIS and MS Office suite
- A valid Code EB driver’s license will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R336,000.00 - R408,000.00 per year

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
