**Job Title: High Voltage (HV) Administration Clerk - Engineering**

**Job Location: Cleveland, Johannesburg**

**Salary: R13 000 - R15 000 per month neg.**

**Job Summary**:
The High Voltage Administration Clerk in Engineering plays a vital role in providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records within the field of high voltage engineering. This position focuses on handling administrative tasks specific to high voltage systems, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting the engineering team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation and Records Management**: Maintain and update engineering documentation, including repairs of electrical motors’ process, project plans, reports related to repairs’ process. Ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of information for reference and audits.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**: Enter and maintain relevant data in databases or software systems, such as asset management systems, project management tools, and maintenance tracking systems. Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and project progress as required.
- **Support Engineering Team**: Provide administrative support to the engineering team by coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments.
- **Compliance and Regulation**: Stay updated with applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines related to high voltage engineering. Assist in maintaining compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements. Support the implementation of safety procedures and protocols.
- **Procurement Support**: Assist in procurement activities by maintaining inventory records, preparing purchase requisitions, tracking orders, and coordinating with suppliers. Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required for high voltage projects.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Facilitate effective communication between the engineering team, internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders. Respond to inquiries, provide necessary information, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Scope of work**:

- Provide continuous customer update reports,
- Compile Gantt charts (MS Projects)
- Compile and update QCP documents,
- Compile final release motor data pack,
- Get product invoices to relevant departments

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Matric essential
- Proven 2 - 3 years’ experience in administrative roles, preferably in electrical motors engineering industry
- Familiarity with high voltage systems, electrical terminology, and engineering documentation
- Proficient in using office software, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with engineering software or databases is desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English & Portuguese
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards in the high voltage engineering field is beneficial.

**Salary**: R13,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
