**Purpose of the Job**:
To ensure that strategic and operational business problems are accurately framed, understood, in line with established business analysis

and process management practices in order to ensure outcomes meet business requirements. The person appointed will report to the Head:
ICT Governance, Business Relationship and Risk.

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Develop and obtain approval of the Business Analysis / Business Process Management Framework to ensure that business analysis

best practices are established and followed throughout.
- Drive business architecture changes in line with the organisation’s strategic goals.
- Engage decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, operations requirements and systems

goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
- Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging

these systems.
- Become a custodian of processes to elicit, define, document and analyse system related business and user requirements, through interviews,

information gathering sessions, business process modeling, and workflow analysis etc.
- Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
- Lead activities to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organisational

functions and business processes.
- Establish standards and procedures for business analysis reporting and documentation.
- Review status reports prepared by business process specialists and modify schedules and plans as required.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus; M.B.A. degree or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage. A minimum of 7 year’s extensive business knowledge, defining requirements for different industries. 8 - 10 years’ experience in designing, reengineering, implementing and managing business processes and systems or any other relevant experience. Business analysis skills in financial and non-financial package implementations including management of resources. In depth knowledge of Business Analysis Methodology, Business Case Development, Business Process Re-engineering.
