A thriving small aerospace business specializing in the manufacturing of cutting-edge drones. As a Composite Fabricator/Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the meticulous fabrication process of composite materials to create high-performance drone components.

**Experience**:

- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong reading and writing skills (Matric Certificate).
- Basic mathematical proficiency to calculate and measure ratios of liquid components.
- Punctual, committed, and hard-working.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Capacity to thrive under deadline pressure.
- Previous composite fabrication experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Drone pilot's qualification is an advantage, though not required.
- Spray painting skills are advantageous, but not required.
- Fluency in Afrikaans is preferred, especially for younger speakers, but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team.
