Depot Expiditor

**FLEET MANAGEMENT**:

- Perform daily visual inspection on fleet, all damages to be investigated
- Spot checks on Toll cards and In-cab inspections; and camera’s are unblocked / not obstructed / out of position. Wheel chocks, fire extinguisher, warning triangles, 1st aid and spill kits sealed.
- Assisting and guiding trucks to properly park for maximum capacity and efficiency(early truck to leave not be blocked by last truck still parked to refuel eg)
- Ensure all trucks are refueled upon returning from trip
- Ensure shift change happens timeously (am shift & pm shift)
- Ensure trucks are dispatched early for timeous deliveries

**OPERATIONS**:

- Ensure all loads are executed as planned per customer requirement
- Ensure all resources are legitimate
- Assist with briefing and de-briefing of drivers in rush times
- Ensure that all group HSSE policies, standards, practices and procedures are strictly adhered to

**FUEL MANAGEMENT**:

- Refuelling vehicle as / when required (on-site / off-site)
- Daily capture of mobile refuels
- Ensure all Inyameko trucks are refueled upon returning from trip
- All external vehicles - ensure slips are fully completed & signed off by the receiver after refueling
- Receiving of own use and completing all documentation
- Daily Diesel Dips - minimum 10,000Lt to be escalated

**DEPOT**:

- Ensure security is carrying out their duties correctly (signing in and out of all vehicles)
- No unauthorized entry to the premises
- Security is awake and utilized
- Yard Staff is carrying out their duties correctly
- Yard Staff is awake and utilized
- Yard Staff-if there is no refueling or washing, depot cleanliness
- Wash Bay vehicles - washing of vehicles and inspect

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
