POSITION DESCRIPTION

Execute all tasks specified by Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Foreman with regards to accurate recording and controlling of product movement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric
- Valid forklift license
- At least 1-2 years stacking experience
- Product knowledge of how raw materials are stored
- NCR process will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of how quality checks of raw material get performed will be advantageous
- SRA checks.
- Physical Warehouse organization.
- Making use of WCM tools.
- Interpretation of CSI.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure efficient receiving and despatching of raw materials
- Visual quality checks to be done on receiving of all raw materials
- Ensure materials are neatly and securely stacked in the Raw Material Warehouse
- Confirmation of receipts of all incoming materials and follow-up of all purchasing transactions
- Perform other tasks as specified by the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Foreman.
- Obey general factory regulations.
- Obey safety regulations and observe safety precautions.
- Maintain workplace and machinery in a clean and workable condition.
- Daily cycle counts
- Month end stock counts
- Agree consumptions with production and sign off daily
- Dress paper where necessary
- Be involved with WCM principals
