Inbound Call Centre Agent

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls into the office and log incidents
- Booking in all incidents and scheduling Field Technicians to attend
- Follow up on Technician’s Technical Service Agreements (TSA) on a daily basis, and capture these
- Communicate with customers to give them updates on all live incidents
- Resolve all customer invoice queries
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- At least 1 year experience in a similar field or inbound call centre
- Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
**Preferred soft skills**
- Reliable with strong customer service skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
