**Overview**:
This role involves developing and executing demand forecasting, inventory management, and ensuring the timely availability of materials and finished products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS) is desirable

**Experience**:

- General Experience : 5 - 10 years

**Duties**:
**Demand Planning**:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to develop accurate demand forecasts based on customer inputs, market trends, and historical data
Analyse demand patterns, seasonality, and market dynamics to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and production capabilities (manufactured items), procurement plan (purchased items), and logistics (distribution items)
**Inventory Management**:
Monitor inventory levels, analyse stock movements, and implement inventory optimization strategies, such as safety stock management and ABC analysis
**Supply Chain Coordination**:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations
**Continuous Improvement**:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs within the supply chain
