We are seeking a Corporate Financial Advisor who would possibly play a pivotal role in supporting the identification, evaluation and engagement of potential transaction opportunities for our corporate finance firm. Your role will be instrumental in driving deal origination efforts and ensuring smooth execution of transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential sectors, trends, and investment opportunities.
- Assist in screening and evaluating potential targets through financial analysis, market positioning assessment, and strategic fit evaluation.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop target identification strategies based on clients' strategic objectives.
- Assist in researching potential buyers and analysing their financials, market presence, and strategic fit.
- Support communication with potential buyers, draft outreach messages, schedule meetings, and manage follow-up activities.
- Conduct outreach activities to potential targets and buyers, introducing the firm and expressing interest in exploring potential transactions.
- Maintain an organised database of potential targets, buyers, and industry contacts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate efforts with the deal team, providing timely updates on deal origination progress, buyer engagement, and deal support activities.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct financial analysis and research.
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- 1+ years experience fullfiling the role in a coroperate environment
- Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records, track progress, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with financial concepts, market dynamics, and deal processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM systems or databases is preferred.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R13,000.00 per month
