**Role Overview**: The Junior Dealer Principal will play a crucial role in assisting the Dealer Principal with the overall management of the dealership. This position involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring high standards of customer service. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Dealer Principal in managing dealership operations across all departments, including sales, aftersales, and administration.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies and standards.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to provide exceptional service.
- Prepare and analyse performance reports, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- More than 5 years previous experience in a management role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement effective solutions.
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Valid SA driver’s license and a clean driving record.
