Junior Architectural Draughtsman

We are looking for a detail-oriented architectural draftsman to join our architectural design team. You will be required to organize structural, electrical, and mechanical designs. Draw plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on instructions provided by engineers and architects. Visits jobsites to gather data needed to complete designs.

The Architectural Drafter/Detailer is responsible for the development of project specific details and the preparation and co-ordination of clear, concise drawings using **Revit.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare complete and concise design and construction drawings including checking and co-ordinating details and dimensions.
- Research materials for specific projects
- Ongoing review and checking of the documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist in checking submittals and responding to requests for information
- Position is suited for those recently graduated from a professional degree /certificate program, Work experience is not needed, but a portfolio of projects done for studies, with emphasis on work done using Revit needs to be submitted.

**Knowledge, skills, and abilities**:
Working knowledge of construction techniques and related details and dimensions

Position is suited for those recently graduated from a professional degree / certificate program, or with 1 - 2 years working experience, or experience in a related field.
