Receptionist/admin

Responsibilities:

- Manage office stock;
- Answer questions and address complaints;
- Greet and welcome guests;
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them;
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.);
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages;
- Ad hoc admin;
**Requirements**:

- Matric; additional qualifications will be a plus;
- Proficient in English (oral and written);
- Customer service orientated;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and MS Teams
- Problem Solving Skills;
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. computer, printer etc.)
- Strong communication and people skills;
- Experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position is ideal;
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

**Salary**: R4,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
