Rentals Agent

This permanent position will suit a mature, competent, innovative and energetic person with an even temperament that has a caring personality towards elderly persons.

**Responsibilities for this position includes but is not limited to:

- **
- Manage established and new rentals portfolio using RedRabbit;
- Ingoing / Outgoing Inspections;
- Marketing, showcasing and leasing of properties;
- Oversee the maintenance & upkeep of properties; ticketing on RedRabbit
- Drawing up of leases, payments, deposit releases etc.;
- Full administration of leases using Payprop system; incl payments and deposits
- Regular liaison with landlords, tenants, contractors, finance department etc;
- Administration and record keeping;
- Monthly reports;
- Any other ad-hoc rental related work.

**Requirements**:

- Attention to details and well organised.
- Regular follow-ups on outstanding rental related matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Afrikaans;
- Ability to work well within a team and independently;
- Fully computer literate including Microsoft office suite, database management,, Payprop, RedRabbit;
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask;
- Matric & NQF4;
- Valid FFC Certificate;
- Minimum 5 years rental experience
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- ** This is a non-commission earning position, a market-related salary package will be offered.
