Receptionist / Admin Assistant

This role forms part of our 7 600m2 Raw Materials Warehouse, which houses our fabrics and trims to supply our manufacturing facilities in Lesotho on time and in full as well as a state-of-the-art quality lab for fabric testing, employing first class technology. This facility is a key part and the start of our value chain ensuring our raw materials and ultimately our garments are of the highest quality standards.
Responsible for managing the reception desk at our Raw Materials Warehouse, general administrative duties supporting the Procurement and Warehouse Teams and providing a remarkable experience for all Jonsson Workwear guests that visit or telephonically contact the warehouse.
**The main responsibilities include**:
- Taking ownership of reception and office duties.
- Maintaining a neat, organised front-of-house environment.
- Welcoming guests and notifying relevant team members.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies, together with general procurement.
- Administrative support between the Procurement and Warehouse Teams.
- Answering calls and providing general administrative support to various teams across the business.
**The experience we’re looking for**:
- 2-3 years Receptionist experience or office management experience preferable
- Tertiary studies in either Office Administration, Supply Chain or Procurement
- Previous experience in a high-performance environment.
- Efficient administration skills.
- Driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Computer literate in MS Office with very good Word, Excel, Outlook skills.
- Effective time management while handling multiple tasks.
