**Minimum Requirements**:

- Presentable and professional
- Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans & English a must (Full proficiency, verbal and written - Afr & Eng client base)
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must
- Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in Commercial Law / B.Com Finance Degree advantageous
- Minimum 4 years post admission experience in Commercial Law and Corporate Law a must (Commercial Law specialisation)
- Fully independently functional
- Strong contract drafting skills essential
- Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A’s, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax etc.
- Business intelligence and grasp of commercial transactions
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Stable employment record and contactable references
- Seeking long term career opportunity with firm
- To start as soon as possible

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Handling of Commercial and Corporate Litigation matters
- Drafting legal contracts, documents and client liaison
- General attorney duties
