- Minimum 4-6 Year's experience as an **Operational Supervisor**:

- Supervise everyday working of Department Operating Process
- Maintain & Provide efficient backup to Supply department and

ensure achievement of All Internal & External needs
- Provide Training to workers
- Employee Attendance
- Develop Plans and supervise various Departmental meetings
- Monitor all Administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with applicable Laws and Company Policies
- **Any additional functions, if and when required**:

- Fluent in **AFRIKAANS & ENGLISH**:

- **Clean Criminal & Credit record - will be verified**
