- **

**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: _**
To ensure all images in the SILO workflow environment is the best quality and adheres to SILO or client image
standards, specifications and follows the SILO or client style guide prior to being submitted inhouse or assigned to
outsourced retouching. The Photography QA will ensure ultimate quality and consistency of images form the
photographic studio

**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Implement Photographic Quality Assurance rules, ensuring only the best quality images are made available to

post-production
- Track and report on photography reshoots
- Ensuring delivery of quality images consistently on time
- Ensuring colour and tonality of imagery is accurate to product
- Fast turnaround times to maintain a consistent flow of images to post-production
- Ensuring consistency through implementing the image workflow rules

**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**
- Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 5-10-year experience in the photographic production/advertising

environment
- Knowledge and understanding of digital RAW image Processing and Retouching is essential
- Advanced knowledge of Capture One processing and grading
