We’re looking for a **Graphic Design Intern **to join our growing team to ensure the success of our first app launch, and our first cohorts of student-teachers.

**What does the role entail?**

As the Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for working between the Brand and Marketing team to design graphics to support brand-related activities across Instill Education’s platforms.

That includes but is not limited to;
- Conceptualizing visuals based on the brief/requirements
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
- Creating images and designs using appropriate design tools aligned with brand guidelines
- Prepare drafts and present best-suited ideas/ graphics aligned to the brief
- Visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos
- Test graphics for presentation across intended platforms and media
- Copy editing graphics in teaching and learning materials
- Researching and designing inclusive and culturally affirming graphics to support learning material
- Use the appropriate brand guidelines and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Refining learning experiences using multimedia design tools such as adobe photoshop and illustrator.
- Experience in motion graphics and associated tools, such as Adobe After Effects.

- You have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
- An appropriate/relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience managing student learning platforms
- Attention to detail
- Strong command of editing
- Familiarity with design software and technologies
- Ability to review and train others on new software and design processes
