Answer incoming company calls, take service bookings.
- Run service bookings using the inhouse booking platform.
- Take meeting minutes.
- Post notices and send meeting invitations.
- Typing up of letters and reports
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Provide polite, professional and efficient service to customers and colleagues alike.
- Design and place advertisements on social media and other marketing platforms.
- Invoicing, purchase orders, expense reports, manage inventory, create reports for the MD and Plumbing manager.
- Filing and office administration.
- Debt Collecting/Chasing up of payments
- Keep Vehicle management and service records.
- Purchasing of office and company stock / supplies.

**Qualifications, Requirements and Competencies**:

- High School Matric or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years Personal Assistant experience
- Minimum of 2 years sales booking / administration experience.
- The ability to speak German may be of benefit but is not a requirement.
- Ability to maintain composure and thrive in a fast pace and potentially stressful environment.
- Applicant is required to be extremely reliable, responsible and dependable.
- Job requires attention to detail and accurately completing work tasks in an efficient / Timeous manner
- Impeccable organizational skills and ability to accurately plan and schedule appointments on behalf of others is required.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve business service standards and customer service.
- Applicant needs to have good people skills and positive problem solving attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From R12,000.00 per month
