**Job Description**:
**Duties can include but are not limited to;**
- Responsible for maintenance and operations of SAP ERP System landscape in South Africa;
- Performs troubleshooting to resolve reported issues based on agreed SLA's;
- Refers more complex problems to experts/product support;
- Performs daily operational tasks including monitoring, trouble shooting, error corrections, housekeeping and system tuning;
- Implements approved operational changes;
- Documents the solutions to enrich reusable solution database;
- Collaborates with other associates to constantly increase own knowledge and skills about the own end-to-end process chain and adjacent processes.

**Experience Required;**
- In-depth expert knowledge from the respective end-to-end business process for functional areas (SAP ERP).
- 3-5 years working experience in a similar SAP support role.
- Extensive technology competency with SAP ERP: MM, PP, FICO, SDand WM/LE.
- Ox and ITIL process knowhow.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric / Grade 12
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology (Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field).
