**Primary Purpose of the Job**

**Duties**
- Responsible for providing highest level of end to end recruitment at all levels.
- Drive excellent business relationships
- Creating request to appoint and posting adverts on recruitment sites
- Compiling interview guides
- Headhunting on various recruitment platforms
- Screening CV's
- Regretting unsuccessful applicants
- Perform any adhoc duties that may be required by the department or Business.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12.
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management.(Advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in delivery of the entire recruitment process (including headhunting and social media sourcing).

**Job Type**: Permanent
