To manage the book health aspect of all Affinity products by creating both long term and short-term goals.
- Contribute towards strategic planning in terms of execution of book health areas on all Affinity products and continuous reporting on these areas to senior management.
- Create long
- and short-term goals for the book health team to meet.
- Monitoring trends for complaints and implementing processes to reduce these.
- Ensuring the Application of TCF, PPR and POPIA in the Affinity space.
- Risk management and assessment for new policies.
- Assessing areas of improvement and implementing staff training.
- Continual improvement of processes.
- Creating and implementing team Key Performance Indicators.
- Oversee a team to ensure all reporting and claims are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Be aware of all failed exceptions, imports and cancellation and communicate these with other supervisors in the Affinity space.
- Work with brokers, IT and clients to resolve any failed exceptions, imports and cancellation in the Affinity space.
- Oversee and manage all risk and ensure process in place to mitigate all potential risk.

- Be familiar with FAIS legislation and Compliance requirements.
- Be able to create and implement training program.
- A qualification in Short Term Insurance - minimum of 150 credits and/ or credits towards being FAIS compliant is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Successfully passed Grade 12 mathematics.
- Able to work independently with effective time management skills.
- Able to work under immense pressure whilst remaining focused and able to think logically.
