Are you a seasoned financial leader looking for a dynamic role in a forward-thinking organisation? We're seeking a skilled CFO to join the executive management team and drive the company's financial strategy. As the CFO, you'll be pivotal in shaping the financial landscape, from strategic decision-making to day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll bring your expertise to the table, leading a team and ensuring compliance while fostering innovation and growth.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

- Qualified CA (SA) with proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably as a CFO or FD equivalent.
- Expertise in financial legislation and statutory requirements, coupled with a deep understanding of accounting best practices and standards, including IFRS.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, month-end and year-end close processes, and cash management.
- A high degree of IT literacy with proficiency in Sage X3 is considered advantageous.

Key Result Areas:

- Drive the financial aspects of strategic projects, contributing to the company's growth and innovation agenda.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide accurate and timely reporting to executive and board stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard the integrity of financial information.
- Foster strong relationships with auditors, suppliers, and customers while staying abreast of legislative requirements and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for business improvements, cost savings, and revenue generation, aligning efforts with the company's objectives.
