**Job Purpose**
- To create and manage the loans and investments for Property Partners on SAP. To generate, analyse and report reliable, meaningful financial and non-financial information.**Responsibilities**:

- SAP CML and Treasury module- Creation and maintenance of contracts on CML.
- Administer and process payments in SAP and Netbank.
- Confirm that all pre-disbursement conditions have been met before payments are made.
- Creation and maintenance of investment security identity in SAP Treasury module.
- Processing fair value adjustments in the treasury module.
- Reconciliation of eCap numbers.
- Provide Property Partners business with settlement values on contracts.
- Allocate deposits in the bank account to contracts.
- Reporting- Provide monthly management accounts to the Property Partners division.
- Creation and maintenance of reports requested by the business.
- Assist the external reporting team with queries on the investment portfolio.
- Complete month-end reconciliations.
- Quarterly review of investment portfolio- Review and reconcile supporting documentation to the project reviews and ensure variances have been resolved.
- Prepare financial pack for investment reviews.
- Budgeting and Forecasting- Assist with the budgets and forecasts for the subsidiaries in the portfolio.
- Assist when required to capture the budget information into the BPC system.
- Accounting for subsidiaries- Request resolutions from Nedbank Secretariat as and when required.
- Accounting for subsidiaries (payments, sales, rent-rolls, tax, vat, resolve vendor queries etc)
- Create and maintain property registers for trading stock
- Prepare and submit provisional tax in June and December.
- Submit annual tax return.
- Draft annual financial statements using CaseWare.
- Liaise with external auditors.
- System Testing- Test new products, enhancements and system fixes in SAP.
- Provide detailed analysis and results of testing.
- Compliance- Update SAP BP with the latest financial information received on the investments.
- Review of legal agreements received for investments and maintain the legal register.
- Ensure either the original or a copy of the signed agreement is scanned onto the central server if required.
- Create a document tracking in SAP CML and hand agreements over to CSD for safe keeping.
- Ensure any queries raised by CSD on the agreements are resolved.
- General:
- Provide support to the business on accounting and contract queries.
- Supply information to Group Tax and Group Finance as and when required.
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- BCom or relevant commercial or financial tertiary qualification.- Preferred Qualification- BCom Honours in Finance, Accounting and Tax.- Minimum Experience Level- Detailed knowledge of SAP CML and FI is a prerequisite.
- At least 5 years’ experience in financial accounting and an understanding of accounting for property development.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Basic understanding of corporate tax
