We are looking into hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst as part of the Supply Chain/Replenishment team. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office, Cape Town, reporting into the Central Replenishment Manager.

**Job description**:
**Overview**
- To ensure excellent customer availability from a highly efficient stock base by ensuring excellent replenishment execution. Required to work collaboratively with various Supply Chain stakeholders and other relevant functions to capture relevant business insights and propose recommendations to further business efficiencies
- **Purpose and Objectives**
- To analyze shifts in SKU and/or store and DC availability and stock trends and communicate recommendations to relevant business functions
- To ensure overall availability is maintained to the agreed targets using various methodologies
- To create standardised and ad hoc reports to support the business
- To analyse and review supply chain replenishment parameters making recommendations and maintaining parameters where applicable
- To support stores with stock availability and overstock queries via analysis and overstock management
- To manage the new store launch process in its various facets and parameters ensuring targeted stock depth and availability at time of store opening
- To oversee store customer orders and store stock helpdesk function ensuring customer satisfaction
- o manage online store replenishment and stock holding levels, balancing customer demand and stock availability against stock targets.
- To support the central replenishment, DC capacity team and order flow teams with analytics furthering business efficiencies

- 2-5 years in FMCG retail or other related working environments
- Minimum 2-3 years demand or merchandise planning experience
- ** **Experience in capacity/ demand planning/ forecasting
- Extensive experience working with computer systems and exposure to IT systems such as JDA

**Education**
- B Com Degree or equivalent, Science/ Engineering
