Junior IT Technician

Fashion Fusion a leading clothing retail company is seeking a Junior IT Technician for our Head Quarters in Westmead Pinetown.
- Experience in an IT field of 2 - 3 years
- Desktop support - Knowledge in I.T support
- VOIP (phones) - Knowledge about VOIP
- Configuration of Routers - Basic knowledge of internet routers
- Basic knowledge in regards to troubleshooting and maintaining printers
- Service reporting - The ability to formulate service reports
- Mapping Network drives - Basic knowledge in mapping
- Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure
- Work independently and also within a team
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Willing to work over -time and Saturdays
- Ability to travel extensively when operations require
- Code 8 drivers’ license/ preferably own vehicle
- Matric
- Relevant I.T qualification

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R6,500.00 per month

- Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
