Are you someone who can:

- Create and prepare business cases to support design of solutions, products and enhancements that will deliver on the strategic objectives of product house or business unit
- Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
- Facilitate and coordinate end to end implementation of prioritised and approved solutions for relevant product house or business unit
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for efficiencies and growth in business
- Understand data and analytics tools to drive analytics and support business in the documentation and development of business and system development life cycle (BDLC and SDLC).
- Extract data from various sources and convert it into meaningful information that can enhance the effectiveness of business decisions
- Responsible data governance by doing quality control and auditing of databases to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data
- Manage existing reports/dashboards through ongoing production of MIS outputs to ensure consistent information supply in the required format/frequency and by adding additional insight into information produced for clients to ensure a value added service to any information request to enhance business efficiencies.
- Consolidate and optimize big data from various source systems.
- 4 years BCom degree/ Engineering/ Information Technology (SQL) relevant qualification (quantitative focus)
- 5 years’ experience (3 years relevant)
- Solid understanding of big data, data management and data consolidation
- Advanced Excel (building dashboards and data analyst)
- Data Analysis
- Knowledge and understanding of SQL, SAS coding language
- Power BI visualization knowledge is an advantage
- Presentations and communication skills
- Understanding of Bank products and systems
