**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES**:

- Hard rock production and maintenance experience essential.
- Manage all factors relating to attaining production target.
- Mechanical experience and knowledge a must.
- Quality Control.
- Basic HR Function - staff time keeping, reporting to payroll department for warnings etc.
- Assist with plant maintenance
- Safety inspections and reporting.

**PSYCHOMETRIC PROFILE**:

- Lead team and contribute to the consistent and increased production of the quarrying team.
- Absolute accountability for attaining targets and machine maintenance.
- Must be able to communicate and work with staff.
- Follow instructions, give instructions.
- Motivated and mature with sound mechanical knowledge and decision-making abilities.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:

- Relevant training certificates to be forwarded.
