**Duties**:

- Host visiting guests and members, for wine tastings and events.
- Processing of orders and memberships, maintaining / updating of e-commerce platform.
- Perform administrative duties such as mailing list data entry and mining of information; follow-up phone calls and other duties assigned.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of daily orders.
- Answer the phone in a prompt and courteous manner and assist guests with scheduling wine club enquiries, placing telephonic orders and general enquiries.
- Planning of the Wine Club and ad hoc private events
- Maintain the Wine Club database
- Assisting the Direct to Consumer Manager with daily administration
- Assist with regular inventory counts / stock management.

**Requirements**:

- 2 3 years experience in a similar position
- Strong and effective written and verbal communications skills.
- Possess a positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transport
- Available to work weekends and evenings as or if required
