**_Requirements:_**
- A minimum tertiary qualification, e g B Sc Hons degree in horticulture, plant sciences or agricultural related field is
- essential
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in agriculture, preferably with research and development
- Familiar with plant physiology research, microbiology and scientific methodology innovative, entrepreneurial and enjoy working in a team
- Excellent presentation skills
- Sound knowledge of citrus and subtropical fruit trees for example mangoes and avocados in the northern area
- Computer related skills MS Office, Outlook etc
- Prepared to work long hours/overtime
