Factory Sanwright

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Trade Test Certificate as Millwright or similar qualification with five (5) years post qualification experience.
- Must be able to plan own workflow and work independently.
- Good command of English and Numerical literacy.
- Must have First line management / Supervisory experience.
- Must be able to do fault finding, root cause analysis, and basic diagnostics.
- Fundamental knowledge of Maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Attention to detail.
- Willing to work long hours (Shifts) and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program on all plant equipment.
- Skills development and transfer.
- Excellent housekeeping in area of work.
- Report back on all activities through the maintenance work order system.
- Ensure health & safety standards are adhered to.
- Continuous improvements on tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuous improvement throughout the plant to improve productivity.
