**Purpose of the Job**:
To achieve timely collection of Checkers Food Services' debtors' book in order to optimize cash flow, reduce risk, and efficiently control outstanding debtors' book. Ensure that the policies and procedures regarding the handling of debtor accounts are followed. To promptly notify management of potential collection issues.

**Job Objectives**:

- Opening and processing new accounts and ensuring the completion of the entire end-to-end process.
- Assist with the ordering of the buying cards and creating activation letters.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, and escalat to higher management if needed.
- Follow up on outstanding debts and ensure their proper and timely recovery.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**

**Desirable**
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting

**Experience**:
**Essential**
- Atleast 2+ years of experience working in a finance department.

**Desirable**
- Digital finance experience
- Exposure to online banking

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
- Working knowledge of SAP Finance
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Effective written communications skills
- Proficient in MS Office - MS Excel, MS Word
- Flexible and highly adaptable
- Must be well-organized and analytical
