We at RCL FOODS are searching for an **Officer: Planning **to join our **Sugar **Division. The role will be based in **Komati **and report to the **Mechanical** **Engineer: Extraction**. RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent to coordinate the administration and planning of maintenance activities (including assistance with shutdown planning & coordination).

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Administration and planning of maintenance activities (includes assistance with shutdown planning & co-ordination)
SAP Implementation, optimization, and management.
Analysis / Interpretation of maintenance history and feedback report preparation (should include an analysis of all KPIs and suggested actions)
Drawing, documentation, and modification control
Assisting in the continuous improvement, optimization (schedules reviews), and implementation of preventative maintenance tactics (used-based, time-based, etc.) via processes.
Management of the engineering planning office and the equipment, documents, and tools within it.
Meetings (daily and monthly) with the plant's key personnel (engineering & production) to plan work, transfer info, make decisions and agree on action plans.
To ensure effective administrative systems and procedures are being maintained and improved.
Assisting the further implementation, optimization, and management of the AMIP Program

**Minimum Requirements**:
Grade 12 with Maths & Science
N2 qualification
Trade-tested Artisan with proof of the successful completion of Institutionalised training.
Working knowledge of Project Planning and Scheduling including Project Management Software
Knowledge of Maintenance Stock Management
SAP experience will be essential for the person performing in this role
Must be computer literate ( MS Office, with a special focus on Excel)
Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Principles and Systems.
Qualifications in Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, Accounting, or Engineering will be an added advantage.
