Our client is currently seeking a logical and analytical thinking Financial Administrator to join their finance team on a hybrid basis in Claremont (Western Cape).

**Duties**:

- Resolving daily queries
- Prepare cashbooks on Excel
- Ensure accurate GL allocation
- Prepare monthly recons by collecting data, analysing and investigating variances, and summarising data
- Dealing with suppliers and building relationships
- Daily banking recons and investigating any recon items

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma/BCom in Finance minimum (required)
- 3 years + experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Office/Excel/Word
- Effective written, excellent record-keeping skills and verbal communication skills
