Manager (Hostels)

**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for the overall management of the Hostels Branch.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Control and co-ordinate all activities associated with the administration of the hostels.
Responsible for the strategic planning management.
Responsible for the resource management.
Responsible for the debt collection.
Responsible for building maintenance.
Responsible for the allocation of vacant accommodation.
Provision of an effective and efficient customer service.
Management and control of subordinates.
Undertakes responsibility for assets.
Responsible for all recreation facilities within the hostel premises.

**Essential Requirements**:
Relevant tertiary qualification. (NQF Level 6)
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
4 Years relevant experience.

**Preferred Requirements**:
Relevant post graduate qualification NQF (7).
6 Years relevant experience.
