**Position Overview**:
The Debtors Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the accounts receivable staff and assist with queries and non-payment.

**Specific Role Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the debtor team to ensure effective collection of outstanding debts and timely resolution of payment discrepancies
- Supervise the refunds team to ensure refunds are prepared correctly and assigned cases are actioned in a timely manner to meet refund turnaround time
- Assist the Debtors Manager to develop and implement debt collection strategies and procedures to minimize bad debt losses and improve cash flow
- Monitor and analyse debtor accounts, ageing reports, and payment trends to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to team members including training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Performing month-end process and reporting
- Maintain excellent working relationships with the dealerships and internal departments
- Add-hoc duties to support business

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Grade 12 /Matric
- Proven experience min of 3 years in debt collection

**Skills and Personal Attributes**:

- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of debt collection principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with debtors, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good planning and organisational skills
