**Vacancy**:Electrical/Mechanical Artisan **X 3 (Permanent)**

**Purpose of the Job**

**Responsibilities**
- Implementation of modifications in Rolling Stock units according to the modification file, in line with company procedures in relation to Industrial and Quality.
- Undertake reworks, retrofits, repairs and/or other kinds of works to perform outside manufacturing facility as specified by the Manager.
- Carry out such work in accordance with strict Health & Safety procedures as laid down by legislation and the Company Health & Safety policies.
- Work collaboratively with the EPU Manager in identifying correct tools and ensure availability prior work, validity and certification of relevant tools.
- Organise all correct materials, components and parts prior work are available.
- Maintenance of End of Cycle Retrofit File.
- Ensure handover information flow within the End Of Cycle team is maintained.
- Perform quality self-Inspection
- Provide clear and detailed report on daily activities [On WI in CR Implementation & Major Reworks, Clock on relevant Production Orders (MES)]
- Support PAC Operations activities in Wolmerton as and when required.
- Attend regular team briefings.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Artisan with RED SEAL (Mechanical or Electrical)
- IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English fluency
- Technical background with 2 to 3 years’ experiences preferably in the railway industry and Product knowledge
- Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems preferable
