Site Supervisor

This person will be responsible to oversee the SLA requirements between the company and the customer and should have the following attributes.
Must have a valid EB license
Must have own transport to get to work
Experience in managing staff
Must be punctual and precise
Must be able to plan and co-ordinate daily and weekly and monthly activities
Be physically fit
Solid work history with contactable references
Sober habits
Between ages 28-60
Inspecting sites and cleanliness of sites.
Manage staff and job allocations
Check that work is done by staff on site
General admin duties
Staff time sheets
Managing a team of about 20 staff
Quality control
Reporting to Operations manager and owner
Time and attendance
Machine operations knowledge
Irrigations basic knowledge
Ability to work under pressure
Pro ative and innovative
Ability to work independently
Good planning and organization skills.

Pay: R13 500,00 - R16 800,00 per month
