Hospitality Management qualification, minimum of 3 year Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years Deputy GM management experience in a similiar environoment.
- Reception, Reservations and Duty Manager experience ESSENTIAL.
- Thorough knowledge of SAP systems is a must, advanced / super-user staus would be an advantage.

Comfortable doing stock takes for all departments.
- Must be well presented, be able to to deal with people on all levels especially fellow staff and management.
- Drivers licence essential.

Will only look at canddiates who have worked their way up from the Front Office department
