**Aufgaben**:
With the introduction of the MRS360 (MRS Manufacturing Reporting System) Data Platform new data-driven Use Cases needs to be supported and operated by a AMS (Application Management Support) Team. Within ITO/CA we developed and set up the MRS360 DP with internal and external knowledge. Therefore, we are looking for new team members in our IT Hub in South Africa to support this open position for operating.

**Job Requirements
- Responsible for the operating and running of the MRS360 data platform and its componentsGathering and analysing of business requirements and request from user sideRollout support to international locations, including user trainingManage and attain customer expectations and ensure delivery to fulfil expectationsDesign, create and execute requirementsInterface to product owners and developmentDocumentationWillingness to travel nationally and internationally **Outputs
- Liaise directly with various Mercedes-Benz manufacturing plants worldwide to provide product and service support.Manage and coordinate system upgrades/bug fixes and support with product testing.Ensure to interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.Design and model solutions for customer innovation and experience.Design, research, develop, analyse and suggest new concepts as well as strategies.Manage and attain customer expectations and ensure delivery to fulfil expectations.Promote innovations to support business requirements through activities that test, pilot and implement innovative conceptsManage ideas from design stage through implementation.Roll out and analyse the effectiveness of initiatives that leverage multiplatform technologies **Closing date**:05 September 2023 3

**Qualification and Experience
- High expertise in Azure Cloud Infrastructure - Especially:

- PostgreSQL
- DataFactory
- DeltaLake
- AzureDataExplorer (ADX)
- Optional
- Azure EventHub
- Azure Functions
- Python scripting knowledgeMinimum of 5 years’ experience in IT/Manufacturing, or at least 6-month participation on our MBSA Graduate Development Programme. **Closing date**:05 September 2023
